• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No, not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 business days (priority mail via USPS) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. You can request expedited shipping.

  Updated 5/20/20: Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19. For items purchased in our Blowout Sale, please expect a delay in shipping due to the volume of orders being processed. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking info via email when your order is on its way.
  Local customers that qualify for free local pickup/delivery: We will contact you when your order has been processed with pickup information (no same day or 24 hour pickup/delivery available).

• If I am local (Nashville, TN) do I have to have my items shipped?

  No. For local customers, we do offer the option to pick up your items or have them delivered instead of shipped with a minimum purchase of $39.99 with code: NASHVILLE.
  Updated: 5/20/20: During our Summer Sale, all orders placed Sunday-Friday will be processed the following Saturday. We will contact you to inform you of our scheduled pickup days& times. For shipped orders, you will receive tracking information the following Monday.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
